Real-time processing is by far the fastest and it is 100% secure. Your credit card information is handled entirely by our Secure Account server. If you intend to use this method, you'll automatically be brought to the necessary forms when you get ready to check out.
However, if you prefer, you may fax or mail your order, just print out our order form, fill it out completely, and fax or mail it to us. The address and fax number are on the form.
If you are paying with a personal check, please mail your payment along with the order form and allow an additional 2 weeks for shipping.

International Orders: We know musicians and business owners live all over the world. And we want you to know we appreciate our customers from outside the US. Unfortunately, we have to take some special care in this area.
Real-time credit card processing will be honored for our international customers, but we have to charge for shipping outside the US.
We will determine the shipping charges and inform you via email. You will be given instructions on how to pay the shipping upcharge. The foreign shipping upcharge page is here.We have an arrangement with a reputable worldwide currier that saves money, our shipping upcharges are quite reasonable. When we have received your payment we will fill and ship your order, while staying in close communicartion with you via email. You will need to sign for shipment and pay any normal customs fees due at your location.
